Activities under maintenance

Record and attend to any complaints from the Tenants regarding maintenance in their Apartments/Offices.

Attend to all the maintenance problems within the building.

Check and ensure regular service and maintenance of Generators, ACs, Water Pumps, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Lifts, Electrical Panels, Water Tanks, Drainage Systems, Gas Lines/cylinders, fumigation, Electrical Installations, Plumbing & Drainage Lines and Installations, Curtains, Furniture, Sofa washing and Painting.

Liaise with various vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors and follow up their related works.

Updates documentation within various suppliers/vendors/contractors.

Maintain proper record and accounts of the money spent on repairs & Maintenance and present the same for reimbursement as per agreement with the Landlord

Present monthly account of the spending.

We make sure every equipment is well fixed and is in proper conditions
